Elated Employee Business Wellness (EBW) is geared toward the entire company. We offer in-person, virtual, and recorded training for your employees and management team. White labeling are tailored trainings with your company's branding, objectives and policies in mind.
HR Support
Human Resource support is one of our favorite services as it provides additional support for HR, who can often feel stretched thin. Companies can utilize this service in different ways to combat substance abuse, job performance, grief, crisis, and behavioral concerns.
Counseling
EBW provides traditional counseling for your staff at a reduced contracted rate. These sessions are voluntary and are conducted via in person or virtually. This service encourages employee mental wellness in the workplace, at home and in the community.
Orientation
We are able to offer support with involvement or providing a pre-recorded video to any new staff being onboarded.
