WHAT DOES LICENSED THERAPIST MEAN?
There are several types of licensed therapist. Mostly it means they have obtained their masters degree in Counseling, passed a National Counselor exam, had over 3,000 worth of supervision under a licensed supervisor while conducting counseling, and lastly been approved by a state licensing board to provide counseling.

HOW MUCH DOES EACH SESSION COST
Each therapist has a different rate, please visit their page under "Our Therapist" We do accept insurance and EAP benefits.
WHY ARE YOUR FEES SO HIGH?
Our fees take into account our experience, education, trainings, and administrative costs.
HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO SEE YOU?
This does vary with each person however sessions can range from every week to monthly. We like to begin weekly with sessions as we have found more success with our clients this way.
HOW LONG TIL YOU FIX ME?
While we would love to be a fixer, our goal is for us to work collaboratively so you can become the version of yourself you wish to become.
WHY DO I NEED THERAPY?
