ESA Requirements Are Separate From Mental Health Treatment Plan.

Evaluation - $150 

Session - $50 each (minimum 4)

ESA Letter - $150

The client is required to attend 4 session to be evaluated for $150, then 4 more sessions afterward. Then an evaluation is completed. The therapist will type the letter for $150 of recommendation and office staff will send the letter where the client is requesting. For a total of 8 sessions of $50 each.
