Hi, I’m Cynamin and I’m excited to work with you and help you on your path to change! I work mainly with teenagers and adults, but I have experience with working with children as well.
I take a more eclectic approach, combing narrative techniques with supportive therapy, solution focused, and grounding skills. I have worked with various situations, like PTSD, eating disorders, anxiety, and depression, to name a few. I believe that working through past experiences and seeing how they affect someone in ways they recognize and don’t are the first steps to releasing and moving forward in a new and positive way.
In our sessions we will laugh and have fun, but also cry, feel, and have the realizations that are necessary to rebuild and go forward positively in life. When you feel you are ready to begin moving forward, I am ready to meet and work with you!
